Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (1-21, Shibaura 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan) (hereinafter, "MMC," "we," or "us") recognizes the importance of personal information we manage and/or use in our business activities, and will deal with it properly in line with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. In the event of any conflict between the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the PDPL with regards to the use and disclosure of confidential information, the PDPL will prevail, whenever applicable. Users using the service (hereinafter, "Users") are hereby informed that the personal information ("Personal Information") collected through our Web application and M.U.T.-III SE to perform vehicle repair and maintenance operations will only be used for the purposes as described below.

1. Purposes of Use
MMC will utilize Personal Information only for the purposes set forth below; provided, however, that there may be cases in which MMC will separately announce or send notice of purposes of use other than those set forth below.
･ To provide services related to our Web application and M.U.T.-III SE (hereinafter, "Services") such as registration, personal identification or the like.
･ To make announcements concerning new/updated features, maintenance and system trouble information, and important news, etc. of the Services
･ To announce changes to its terms of Service and Privacy policy, etc.
･ To identify a violation of our terms of Service or policies.
･ To charge payment for goods and Services from Users
･ To generate statistical data for further improvement and development of the Services
･ To investigate, review and respond to inquiries from Users
･ To take action according to the laws or instructions/guides of the Government
2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
MMC will not provide the personal information of any Users to any third party without the prior consent of said Users, except in the following cases.

MMC may use Personal Data jointly as outlined below with affiliated companies of the Group at the time of inquiries, etc. from Users. In this case, the company responsible for managing such joint use is MMC.

Purposes of Use," MMC shall delegate the handling of personal information such as information processing, printing, dispatching, transportation, storage, various guidance, paper work and other operations to a subcontractor who will be required to handle all personal information adequately and supervise it properly.
● Cases in which disclosure or provision of personal information to a third party is otherwise permitted in accordance with laws and regulations.
3. Management of Personal Information
MMC shall take all necessary and appropriate actions such as technological, physical, and organizational and personnel measures for the security and control of personal data for the prevention of leakage, loss or damage of any handled personal data, and for other security control of the data. In addition, MMC shall appropriately supervise employees regarding handling of the data, and when outsourcing all or part of said handling, we will supervise the relevant subcontractor.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to enable you to login, or to provide a service requested by Users. Cookies are files saved on your computer when you use a website, containing the usage history, etc. transferred between the web browser and the web server. Cookies are also used to increase convenience when you revisit the website. These cookies do not contain your name or any other personally identifiable information.
5. Contact for Personal Information
If Users request to confirm or correct his or her own personal information using a designated form, we will disclose any personal information retained by us to Users. Please utilize the contact point below for information on how to obtain our designated request form for disclosure of personal information.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, complaints or matter arising out of or in relations to this Privacy Policy, Users are requested to contact MMC directly to solve any pending issues, as it is the sole liable entity of ensuring the legality hereof and any related matters.
After Personal Information is delivered to MMC, the responsibility is entirely limited between us and the customers, and no responsibility, claims, or others are extended to any other party that is in connection hereto.

PRIVACY POLICY Authentication on AS2
Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (also referred to herein as “MMC,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) and our affiliates protect the privacy and security of the personal information we collect, use, share, and otherwise process as part of our business. We will handle such information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan) and any other applicable privacy and data protection laws. We also believe in transparency, and we are committed to informing you about how we treat personal information.
How does this Privacy Policy apply? This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with the use of the AS2.
This Privacy Policy does not form part of any contract of employment or other contract to provide services. We may update this Privacy Policy at any time.

How does the AS2 work? As part of your work servicing Mitsubishi Vehicles as they are introduced to the Canadian market, all authorized Mitsubishi Dealerships will be provided access to MMC’s servers for the deployment and use of diagnostic tools via the Internet when repairing/maintaining such vehicles. To allow Dealer access to the secure server, MMC and our affiliates will register Dealer employees (hereinafter “user” or “users”) and issue each user a unique login ID before they will be allowed access the secure server.
The information collected includes each user’s name and e-mail address and their associated Dealership name, department and location. This information is collected for the purpose of enabling M.U.T.-III SE server connecting functions to be available for the user in the furtherance of their employment at a Mitsubishi Dealership, as described further below. The collected information is registered in the MMC authentication server and is used for issuing a unique ID for authentication of the function’s usage. Also, we may use the collected e-mail address to notify users of completed registration, to assist users with any subsequent resetting of their passwords, and for such other purposes as are described below. Except as described below, this information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties beyond MMC or its affiliates.
Collected information is managed with care according to MMC’s company policy on the handling of personal information and will not be used for any purposes other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, MMC’s company policy, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
NOTICE AT COLLECTION

• Facilitate and manage AS2.
• Protect and maintain the security of our networks and AS2.
• Receive, process, investigate and respond to your feedback, suggestions, requests, questions, concerns or inquiries;
• Confirm and verify your identity and eligibility to use the M.U.T. III SE Server System;
• Fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information, including to issue a unique ID for authentication of the function’s usage and notify you of completed registration;
• Recover or reset your password;
• Update or edit your information;
• Provide you with information or announcements concerning new/updated features, maintenance and system trouble information, and other news about the AS2.
• Provide you with information concerning our Privacy Policy;
• Investigate and identify a violation of our policies;
• Comply with applicable laws;
• Comply with a civil, criminal, or regulatory inquiry, investigation, subpoena, warrant or summons by relevant governmental authorities;
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that we, a service provider, or a third party reasonably and in good faith believe may violate applicable law;
• Exercise or defend legal claims; and
• As otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Sharing of Personal Information: We may share the information described above, for the purposes described above, with the following affiliates and third parties:
• Our affiliates, Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. (“MMSCAN”) and Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (“MMNA”);
• Our service providers, which provide information security services or Helpdesk service related to response to your inquiries;
• Courts, law enforcement, and governmental or regulatory authorities;
• A successor to all or part of our business; and/or
• Other third parties where required or permitted by applicable law (including applicable privacy and data protection laws).
Other Important Notices.
Please note that MMC, as well as our affiliates and service providers, will transfer and store your personal information outside Canada. More specifically, such information is stored by us and our affiliates on servers in Japan and the United States. Furthermore, MMC and our Helpdesk, located in China, store information in the cloud. Accordingly, such information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, and national authorities in countries other than Canada.
We cannot guarantee the security of any personal information transmitted to us by electronic means, including through AS2. It is possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept or access such information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your access credentials (user ID and password), and must maintain the confidentiality and security of such credentials at all times. Furthermore, you must not, through your actions or inactions, compromise the security or integrity of the M.U.T III SE Server System, including by delivering or facilitating delivery of any malicious code, whether originating from you or any third party, such as any software or other code that contains or executes any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware, ransomware, adware, or that could otherwise delay, disrupt or damage the M.U.T III SE Server System or any data contained thereon. You will be responsible for any actions taken by any person using your access credentials unless and until you notify us that your credentials have been compromised, and you agree to cooperate with us to correct any security issues and/or reset your access credentials as appropriate.
Your information will be accessible to information technology and help desk employees of MMSCAN, MMNA and/or MMC, as well as members of MMC’s Global After Sales Division, America Division, Total Customer Satisfaction Division and Global IT Division, who have a need to access such information to perform their job duties.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes described above, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We will thereafter destroy your personal information or, where permitted by applicable law, de-identify your personal information to continue to use it in accordance with applicable law.
You may have a legal right to access, update, rectify or request the deletion or de-indexation of your personal information, or to withdraw your consent to our continued disclosure or use of your personal information, subject to certain restrictions and limitations under applicable laws. You may contact us as described below, to exercise any such rights.

Personal Data (as defined below) and the basis on which any Personal Data we collect from you, or that a third party provides
to us, will be processed by us.

Privacy Laws (as defined below).
MMC is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and to ensuring that your Personal Data is processed in accordance

European Union Member States, and the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR as saved into United Kingdom law
by virtue of Section 3 of the United Kingdom’s European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the “UK GDPR”); the Act on the Protection
of Personal Information (Japan’s data protection law) and other applicable laws and regulations (as amended or replaced from
time to time) protecting the privacy of Personal Data in the jurisdictions in which we operate and target (collectively, "
Applicable Privacy Laws").
Please read the following carefully to understand MMC’s views and practices regarding your Personal Data and how we will process
it.
This Policy was last updated on, and is effective as of [10/8/2022]. MMC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify,
revise, delete and update this Policy from time to time. MMC will use reasonable endeavours to notify you in advance of any

MMC will take reasonable steps to ensure that third parties who have received Personal Data from MMC will maintain a comparable
level of protection of the Personal Data as set out in this Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMC excludes all
liability arising from the processing of your Personal Data by third parties.
MMC may disclose your Personal Data to comply with the law, applicable regulations, governmental and quasi-governmental requests,
court orders or subpoenas, to the relevant governmental and quasi-governmental organization or court.
Except as set out in this Policy, we will not disclose, sell, distribute, rent or lease your Personal Data to third parties
unless we obtain your consent. We do not disclose your Personal Data to third parties for them to use for direct marketing
purposes without your explicit consent.
In the event that a third party proposes to acquire all or some of our business and/or assets, we may disclose your Personal Data
to that third party in connection with their proposed or actual acquisition. In the event that we become insolvent or we are in
any similar situation, we may also disclose your Personal Data to third parties as part of a business or asset sale carried out
where such disclosure is lawful and complies with the Applicable Privacy Laws.
6.INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data may be transferred to third parties located in the following overseas countries in connection with the
purposes set out in Section 5. Please be aware that those overseas countries may not offer the same level of data protection as
your country, although we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely and in
accordance with this Policy, and where we have engaged third parties to process your Personal Data, we will use contractual or
other means to ensure such third parties offer the same level of data protection as your country.
Japan
MMC observes the requirements under the EU GDPR in relation to the transfer of Personal Data that is subject to the EU GDPR, and
observes the requirements under the UK GDPR in relation to the transfer of Personal Data that is subject to the UK GDPR.
The European Commission has decided that Japan ensures an adequate level of protection as provided in Article 45 of EU GDPR. In
addition, the Government of the UK has specified Japan as a country which ensures an adequate level of protection as provided
under the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.SECURITY
MMC has in place security measures to store all Personal Data collected and received securely. We use technical, physical,
organizational, and human security control measures to maintain security in order to protect your Personal Data contained in our
system against leakage, falsification, loss or damage.
8.YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the conditions of Applicable Privacy Laws, you are granted multiple legal rights. These rights may vary
according to Applicable Privacy Laws, but typically you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Data. Please
contact us using the contact information provided in Section 9 “CONTACT” to exercise your rights.

La información recopilada incluye el nombre y la dirección de correo electrónico de cada usuario y su nombre, departamento y ubicación asociados del Distribuidor. Esta información se recopila con el fin de permitir que las funciones de conexión del servidor “M.U.T.-III SE” estén disponibles para el usuario en el fomento de su empleo con el Distribuidor, como se describe más adelante. 2. Надання особистої інформації третім особам
